Andreas Hövermann is currently working at Hans-Böckler-Foundation in a project on Democratic Integration in the German workplace context. He holds a Dr. phil. from the Department of Sociology at Bielefeld University and studied Sociology and Social Psychology. He was a DFG Research Fellow at SUNY Albany as a Post-Doc. His research interests are Prejudice, Hate/Bias Crimes, Societal Marketization, Anomie Theory, and SEM. He has published in sociological and criminological journals such as Social Science Research, Criminology, Acta Sociologica, Crime & Delinquency, Journal of Research in Crime and Delinquency, Justice Quarterly, International Criminal Justice Review, International Journal of Comparative Sociology, British Journal of Criminology.
